I you are having problems purchasing the product you require please try the following.

1. I have 4 items in my basket and only want 1!
To view or alter items in your basket please click "View Basket" at the very top of the page. This will take you to a page where you can add and remove items from your basket. You can also alter the quantity of the items should you so wish.

2. I want to checkout?
If you have chosen all the items you require and want to proceed to our checkout please click on "Checkout" at the very top of the page. This will then take you the checkout pages where you will be asked for your details and payment information.

3. I don't want to enter my credit card information!
Please note that our site uses the latest online security, this can be verified by the padlock in the bottom right of your browser. If you still are un happy about entering your credit card details please either ring us on 0870 179 0870 or check out online and when you are asked to enter your card number choose "credit card details sent separately" from the payment method field. When you complete the order process you can print out the receipt and fill in the card details and fax the page to us on 0870 179 0871
